Questions for the kitchen
Can I change plans later?
Yes, from your account page, any time. Upgrading charges the difference for the rest of the month and unlocks the new templates straight away. Downgrading credits the difference to your next bills.
What happens if I cancel or downgrade?
You keep the right to use every template version you downloaded, with no credit, forever. Your account page lists them, and you can download them again. To get newer versions, you need an active plan that includes the template.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, the first payment for a plan within 14 days. Email contact@iasoft.dev with your invoice number, no reason needed. A refund cancels the plan and ends the license for every template version you downloaded in that billing period, so stop using them and delete them. Renewals aren't refunded; cancel any time before your next bill and you won't be charged again. Details in the Refund Policy.
Do the free templates need a plan?
No. They're free for everyone, with a "Built with CodePlate" credit. On any paid plan, you download them with the Pro License instead, so no credit is needed.
What's an IASoft account?
CodePlate is made by IASoft. One IASoft account signs you in to CodePlate and IASoft's other products. You can create one when you subscribe.
Who handles the payment?
Paddle, our merchant of record, handles checkout, taxes and invoices. You can update your card or cancel from your account page. See the Terms and the Refund Policy; questions to contact@iasoft.dev.
Do I need a plan for the demos?
No. Every template's browser demo is free to play.
