CodePlate Pro License 1.2

"Template" means the files in this folder, at the version you downloaded, as provided by CodePlate (codeplate.io). "You" means the holder of the CodePlate account that downloaded the Template, and the organization that person works for when they download it for that organization. "Your Project" means software, games or other works You make using the Template, including works Your AI agents make for You.

How You get this license

You get this license for a version of the Template by downloading that version from codeplate.io while You have an active CodePlate paid plan that includes the Template. Every paid plan includes the free templates: a copy of one downloaded while Your paid plan is active comes with this license instead of the CodePlate Free License. Your account's download history on codeplate.io is the record of the versions You hold, and CODEPLATE-LICENSE.txt in Your copy names Your license ID.

You may

Use, copy and modify the Template to make Your Project.
Publish, sell and otherwise distribute Your Project, commercially or not, in source or compiled form, with no attribution required.
Keep Template code and assets inside Your Project, including in its public source code.
Give the Template to AI agents and tools to work with on Your behalf.

Forever, for the versions You downloaded

This license does not end when Your paid plan ends, or when You change to a plan that does not include the Template. Every version You downloaded while Your plan included it stays licensed to You, and so does every project You make with it. Newer versions of the Template are licensed only to people who download them while they have an active paid plan that includes the Template.

You may not

Redistribute, sell, share or publish the Template, or a lightly modified version of it, as a template, starter kit, boilerplate, asset pack or similar product whose main value is the Template itself.
Give the Template to people outside Your organization, except as part of Your Project.
Claim you wrote the Template.

No warranty

THE TEMPLATE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE TEMPLATE OR ITS USE.

Third-party material listed in assets.json is not covered by this license; the license named for it there applies instead:

CC0-1.0: in the public domain.
OFL-1.1 (fonts): the SIL Open Font License 1.1, whose text ships with the font as the licence file assets.json names. You may use these fonts in what You make, including documents, videos and products You sell.
Files that assets.json marks to be fetched at setup (tools, models and similar) are not part of the Template. They are downloaded from their publisher under the license assets.json names for each one (for example MIT or Apache-2.0), and that license governs them.
